Placing an order on the Paboso Collection website is easy and safe. Once you have found the earrings you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place them in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Note: Your order will not be processed until checkout has been completed, after acceptance of payment.

We use IDeal for Dutch residents. We also accept credit cards, Paypal, and more.

We do not make custom design, Paboso Collection are unique earrings. In the webshop it is stated whether there will be more in stock. Unless a customer wants a large batch from the collection then we can make more of the same kind of earring.

Within The Netherlands we ship with track and trace at a flat rate of €7,50 per order. Free shipping applies with orders amounting over €100.00

In Belgium and Germany we ship with track and trace at a flat rate of €7,95 per order. Free shipping applies with orders amounting over €100.00

Within Europe (except for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany) we ship with track and trace at a flat rate of €17,50 per order. Free shipping applies with orders amounting over €120.00

Outside Europe we ship with track and trace at a flat rate of €19.99 per order. Free shipping applies with orders amounting over €149.00

All items displayed in our webshop are in stock, so this means your item (-s) will be shipped within two days.

Usually, you’ll receive everything within five working days, if your address is in The Netherlands. Europe can take up to a week. Outside of Europe may take a little longer.
Please note that during sale and other promotions, orders may be shipped with a delay.
World events can cause shipping to take longer.

Go to the contact page and ask us a question and we’ll do our best to try to trace the package. Contact us at least three days after the planned date of arrival. Please bear with us when it takes a little longer.

Well, yes you can. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. This is possible if there is something wrong with your jewelry or when you didn’t get what you asked for. Please use our contact form and we will try to help you as soon as we can.

Returning your items happens at your own cost, unless there is something in the sale process we should have handled better. We can only refund your purchase if it is returned to us in mint condition, or if we have made a mistake. We advise everyone to return items using track and trace.

We understand you love to wear your ear party day in and out yet we recommend you take them out at certain moments:

• The pieces can handle quite a lot but please take them out while sleeping. This is to prevent unnecessary damages and bending.
• Our items are water resistant but overexposure to water may wear off the plating faster. To guarantee a long happy life we recommend removing them while showering, swimming, or working out.
• Our items are not a big fan of chemicals found in perfume or cleaning- and skin and hair products. That is why we advise you to put perfume first before you put on your earrings
• Clean your earrings with a soft cloth after wearing and store them in the supplied gift bag.
