SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Shipping Policy
Shipping fees at checkout are calculated based on the standard PostNL rate for the shipping location and product weight.
We offer free shipping on all purchases of €100 or more. To make use of this discount, please use the code FREESHIPPING at the check-out.
Please allow three business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. We will, of course, do our best to fulfil all orders as soon as humanly possible. You will be informed as soon as your order is on its way to you through Track and Trace.
For all custom orders, please allow five business days or more for the fulfilment, depending on the nature of the request.
All domestic and international orders are shipped via Netherland’s National Postal Service - PostNL.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Furthermore, Paboso Collection will not be held accountable or responsible for any fees or delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please consider your purchase carefully before submitting your order. We always aim to provide the most accurate product details and images of our pieces so that you can make an informed decision before submitting your order.
However, we understand that a change of heart may happen, and we’re here to assist you.
Returns will be accepted in case the customer contacts us within 14 days of delivery, proven that the items are unused and undamaged. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering any shipping and returning costs, to ensure that the items are properly shipped (meaning in the same conditions as received) and are shipped within 21 days of delivery.
Please note that in case a return is requested after the order has been shipped, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Depending on the payment method chosen at the time of check-out, please allow between 5 and 30 business days for the refund to be reflected back to your account.
Custom or personalized orders
Due to the nature of these items and considering that these will be personally created for each individual customer upon request, we will not accept returns or exchanges, unless the items arrive damaged or defective. In which case, we request you to get in touch with our customer support as soon as possible via email at hello@pabosocollection.com.
Gift Cards
In case you have purchased an item in a sale/at a discounted rate, the exact amount previously paid by the customer will be taken into consideration in case of returns.
Items in sale or discounted price
If the customer used a gift card and a credit card to complete the purchase, the gift card is refunded first. In case of a refund that's less than the gift card's balance at the time of the purchase, the refund will only appear on the gift card.
Paboso Collection reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and returns if any of the above conditions aren’t met.

Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
Warranty
If you recently purchased a piece from us, and it arrived or got damaged with regular use, please e-mail us at hello@pabosocollection.com or contact us via the contact page. We’re here to assist you in the best way possible.
Since all pieces are handcrafted, some small imperfections and/or reasonable inconsistencies may occur. This can mean anything from small bubbles, slight nuances of colour from what appears on the screen, or any other small marks that do not compromise the functionality or overall appearance of the pieces.
In an effort to keep things as sustainable as possible, each piece is restocked based on sales. The pictures shown on the website are, therefore, to be seen as references, so please allow some minor differences to occur.
We have confidence in the quality of the pieces we create. All pieces are well-produced and should be able to resist regular use, particularly when following a common-sense judgement and our Care Guide that you can find on the FAQ. Therefore, it is not expected that a piece created by us just simply falls apart on you. On the other hand, even though durable, as with any material, when forced or roughly handled, it may not withstand, thus Paboso Collection should not be held responsible if this is the case.
